Convenient location, indoor/outdoor pool was nice. Absolutely loved the fact it had a ceiling fan in the rooms! Rooms overall were nice other than bed wasn't that comfortable but I realize it hard to please everyone when everyone's comfort level is different.

That breakfast was included...To enhance breakfast selection I would add yogurt, boiled eggs, and muffins, cinnamon rolls or some kind of pastry...offering different kinds of bagels would be nice instead of just plain (like cinnamon raisin or blueberry)...fresh fruit would be nice for travelers ...waffles were the best as were the cheese egg omelettes and biscuits and gravy. Overall, the property was adequate for our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days 4 nights stay. The staff was exceptional. Especially Leah and Mackala and front desk management. We had an issue when first checking in, which was immediately taken care of. Also, the breakfast staff and the housekeeping were right on time. The beach was close by in walking distance. Everything we wanted to do was close by. Our room was clean, and the comfortable beds were awesome. The size of our room was great, and very accommodating for our dog. Breakfast was hot and tasty had some good choices. The security of the hotel is also great. Would recommend it and will stay again.

I really liked the location of the hotel . SUMMER PLACE INN is in walkn distance of The beach!! Truly across the street. And I was soooo close to many restaurants and a wal-mart a Publix ice cream 🍦 parlor and next to a go kart facility .the Hotel is Off of Emeral Coast sooooo many options soo many brunch spots You will love it!! Family Friendly and Great For Solo Trips

The outside was so cute. The inside is pretty and well maintained. The room was lovely. It had very nice furniture and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was big and clean. The pools are nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great location with lots to do. The taco truck next door was the best. There are so many good restaurants nearby. There is an arcade, Lazer tag, and bowling ally not far away. Lots of good shopping and the beach is close.

Well kept hotel with great proximity to the beach! We could have walked, but it was easier to drive half a mile and use the large public parking lot. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts in the morning had a good selection.
